Sexual behavior by the therapist toward the guest or by the guest toward the therapist is unethical, inappropriate and illegal. Any sexual intentions implied, or acted upon will not be tolerated and will be dealt with immediately.

Sugar N Spice Etiquette

Sugar N Spice recommends booking your appointment as soon as possible to ensure your preferred therapist, date and time. Beat the holiday and/or weekend rush by scheduling as early as possible. We can accommodate your meeting, reception, get-together or party. Please contact us as early as possible prior to your event for pricing.

Booking

We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to check-in, change, relax and enjoy a beverage before your services, it also allows extra time for the consultation with the therapist. Late arrivals could be subject to a shortened service time. We will make every attempt to work around emergencies, however we will ensure that our next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Upon Arrival

Because we advocate a relaxing and tranquil environment, we ask that you turn your cell phone off or set it to silent before entering the spa, also please keep your conversations to a level that is not offensive to fellow guests.

Cell Phone Use

We have private rooms and areas to storage personal items. We ask that you please leave valuables at home, we are not responsible for lost items. During massage and body treatments, undergarments are optional based on your comfort level. It is a policy of Sugar N Spice, however, to use professional draping during your service for your privacy.

Comfort

Sugar N Spice values your privacy. We are committed to maintaining your security and confidentiality. Any private information you choose to share will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent. Furthermore, SNS does not sell, rent, or otherwise allow for outside unauthorized use of your personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or e-mail addresses without your written consent.

Confidentiality

We understand that emergencies do arise and re-scheduling is not a problem, however, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice for all individual services, and a 48 hour cancellation notice for packages and all groups or special appointments. All appointments will be reserved with a credit card, gift card, or gift certificate. Missing or cancelling the day of the scheduled reservation will be a 100% charge of your totaled services.

Cancellations

Payment will be expected in full before your session is complete, however, if you order a la carte, payment will be due at the end of that additional service. For your convenience Sugar N Spice uses a secure service that enables us to accept major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Cash is also an acceptable form of payment. Receipts are provided when requested in the form of text message or email.

Payment Policy

At Sugar N Spice, gratuity is not included in any of our pricing. Gratuity is strictly a voluntary act and is not expected. However, if you feel inclined to do so as a thank you gesture, this will be accepted and appreciated. Customarily, 15-20% is tendered, however you may leave more or less depending on your preference and level of satisfaction.
